1: 唇に蜂蜜を塗り、卵の膜を取り、胡椒を散らして塗る
2: ヨモギを銅の釜で濃くなるまで煮る。エバーファーン、ビショップワート、ウォーター・アグリモニー、ペニーロイヤル、シングリーンを桶に入れてから、正午に飲ませる事。酸いも塩辛いもかみわける
3: けいれんには、腕にルーンを書き、エールにセランディンをこすりつける。ドワーフ予防に、また腕にルーンを書き、エールにセランディンを粉末にし腕にこすりつける事。
4: もし爪が黒くなり、目が涙ぐんでいて、下を向くことが多ければ：フェーン、イチイ、ルパン、ヘレニウム、マシュマロヘッド、フェンミント、ディル、ユリ、アトルラテ、プルギウム、マルビウム、ドック、エルダー、フェルテール、ヨモギ、イチゴの葉、コンソルデをエールで浸し、聖水を加え、以下の歌詞を3回歌いかける。『傷に最高の包帯を巻いたので、傷は燃えず、破れず、さらに進み、広がり、飛び、増え、深くならない。』聖水を持たせれば、海辺の陸地が刺さらないのと同じように、刺されることはないであろう。
傷口の上で何度も歌え。『地球が全力でお主を支えるように。』
